Nourishing bowls Steak and pak choi stir-fry
These recipes will hit the spot for when you want something comforting but still healthy
Serves: 2 Pak choi is a rich source of vital vitamins,
minerals and healthboosting antioxidants. From wok to table in a flash.
You will need:
✽ 1tbsp sunflower oil
✽ 1 red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
✽ 250g rump steak, trimmed of fat and sliced into short
strips
✽ 2 heads pak choi, quartered lengthways
✽ 150ml jar sweet teriyaki stir-fry sauce
✽ 150g pack straight-to-wok noodles
How to do it
1 Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Stir-fry the pepper for 1
minute, then add the beef and fry until the edges are caramelised. Add the pak
choi and cook for 2 minutes.
2Pour in the sauce and bring to the boil, then stir in the
noodles and turn them to coat in the sauce. Serve immediately.
