About the role:
We are looking for a customer
focused airport service agent to join our team in Warsaw. You will deliver
exceptional service to customers within the airport terminal and
help create an enjoyable and seamless process whilst they are travelling
with Qatar Airways.
You will provide full
support to the handling team across check in, ramp and lost and found and
ensure a seamless service to the customers.
As the first point
of contact between the Airline and its customers, you will portray QR
image to the highest standard ensuring that our customers receive our award
winning 5 Star services at all times.
Accountabilities of the
role:

Check in - greeting of
customers and providing exceptional customer service to both passengers
and crew
·
Lost and Found - understand the
procedures around compensation for customers and ensure any queries
are dealt with professionally
·
Ramp - ensure safety
and security procedures are followed
·
Provide full support to the
handling team to ensure that safety measures are followed
·
Escort customers throughout the
terminal where necessary
Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
is essential as well as the ability to work in shifts. You must also
have the right to live and work in Poland to be considered for this role.
About you:
The successful candidate will

Adaptable and flexible to deal
with last minute changes

Experience working with airport
systems, Amadeus and/or Altea preferable
