About the Job::
As a Cargo Unit Load Device Control Coordinator, you should maintain and control stock availability of ULD’s for QR network stations to move cargo and baggage in a safe and cost effective manner. You will coordinate in planning and placing orders for ULD's and supporting tools. Also, manage effective system entries and track ULD's distributed network wide.

Operational:
·         You should supervise and attend to telephone calls, action emails and maintain records, files, and documents for administrative/reference purposes.
·         Check serviceability of units and conditions of tie down equipment before departure ex-DOH
·         To control and monitor stock of LDT, tie down equipment network-wise to meet the requirement.
·         Store and handle ULD network-wide to avoid damages, retrieve and repair damaged units for re-use.
·         You will monitor the movement and securing of 22,000 ULD units currently under possession of QR Cargo.
·         To check and ensure ULD stock files are updated regularly.
·         To ensure that the ULD requirement at offline stations and new stations are timely met with by coordinating with OAL for leasing and co-ordinate and liaise with OAL for leasing and movement of ULDs to QR network and offline stations.
·         To obtain record of U/S ULD’s to be written off and arrange disposal for space utility and get revenue damaged ULD’s
·         To ensure interline units are being managed properly and necessary steps are being taken to do a proper handover to avoid liability for the airline.
About You::
You must have a relevant tertiary, trade or vocational qualification or equivalent however a school final certificate or graduate is preferred. 
You should have a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in an airline industry, out of which 2 years spent in cargo round handling.
You must have a good knowledge of load control, ramp handling, and ULD management. You should have sound knowledge of cargo operation and aircraft types.  You should have an understanding of IATA rules and regulations and have the ability to delegate work, setting clear direction and managing workflow is essential for this role. You must have good communication skills, and must be an expert in Microsoft Office.
